We are delighted to be attending this year’s World Aviation Festival, taking place at the Feira Internacional de Lisboa (FIL), Lisbon, from 7 - 9 October.
The World Aviation Festival is one of the largest global aviation technology events, attracting more than 4,500 delegates from leading international airlines and airports. Over three days, 600 industry experts - including representatives from IAG, IATA, Ryanair, Swissport and British Airways - will share their insights as part of the speaker line-up.
CGI will be participating in the panel session Improving operational efficiency during disruption: How is technology helping to reduce the impact of disruption? at 12:15pm on 7 October. Dan Bettesworth, Vice President and CTO, will be joined by Sadaqat Ali Soomro, Head of Flight Operations Support Services at Qatar Airways and Kevin Lynn, Director of Strategy and Advanced Analytics at United Airlines. Together, they will explore a range of topics, including the role of AI and machine learning in driving operational efficiency.
