We are delighted to be attending the HSJ HealthSHIFT event as headline partner for the HSJ Care Closer to Home Forum taking place on 26 June at the ICC in Birmingham.
At the event, which is focused on the theme of re-imagining care, our expert Steve Evans will be joining the panel for the keynote session: Expanding community-based care with Integrated Neighbourhood Teams. We will also be hosting an interactive discussion session focusing on Hospital at home.
