Our service desk higher apprenticeship programme allows you to study towards a recognised qualification, while earning at the same time.
Your work – at our Bridgend service desk – will vary, and that’s the exciting part, that you have the scope to shape and develop your career according to your professional interests (all with the support and guidance of others).

CGI has an award winning, world class, 5 star Service Desk based in Bridgend and we are looking for our future leaders in technical and leadership roles.
- The programme
We offer a 12 month programme delivered in partnership with our training provider, ALS Apprenticeships You will train towards a full Microsoft certified IT Systems Networking Level 3 Apprenticeship We offer a range of roles across many different sectors including; Service Delivery, Project Management, Technical and Project Services.

- Operating System Essentials
- Windows Server
- Security Fundamentals
- Communication skills
- Time management
- Customer Service
To have or be predicted to achieve a minimum of five A-C GCSEs (or equivalent), including English and Maths.
