This year we will be looking to recruit over 100 graduates across the UK.
- Is there a closing date?

No, we recruit on an ongoing basis, however we would strongly recommend that you complete an application sooner rather than later to avoid being disappointed.
- Am I on a fixed term contract?

No, our graduates join as full time permanent members from day 1.
- Should I wait to graduate before applying?

If you are in your final year at university or have graduated in the last 3 years then now is the perfect time to apply.
- When will I hear back from you after I have applied?

We aim to respond to all applicants within 4-6 weeks, however at peak periods this may increase slightly
- Do you sponsor visas?

Unfortunately we are unable to sponsor visas
- When are your assessment centres?

Our assessment centres are starting in November will be ongoing until wehave filled our roles
- When will I start?

The majority of our graduates join us in the summer following their application but if you are available sooner please let us know.
- What is the dress code?

As a general rule we wear business attire. However this depends where you're based and what you're doing. We'll give you more information if we offer you a position. For interviews, you should always dress smartly.
