At CGI, Diversity, Equity and Inclusion remains a clear priority, reflecting our belief that inclusive organisations perform better and foster a workplace where people are happier and can thrive.

In our latest gender pay gap report for CGI, I’m proud to report that it shows further progress in reducing the gap between pay for men and women. This is a testament to the work we do at CGI to support the career development and progression of our CGI Partners* within a diverse and inclusive environment.

This year, our mean gender pay gap is 2.1% and our median value is 6.5%. While this demonstrates positive movement, we recognise there is still further to go. This report describes what we have been doing in CGI to maintain momentum and support further progress.

2025 was an exceptional year for CGI, as we welcomed almost 2,000 new CGI Partners into our UK business with the acquisition of BJSS. This report therefore includes the statutory gender pay gap figures for BJSS presented separately, reflecting that those who transferred to CGI were still employed by BJSS at the April reporting date.
