To maximize the usage of the smart cards you can include other services, which perhaps already exists in your organization, such as adding the functionality of a passing card or print picture and personnel information to the card’s exterior and use them as a business identity card. To simplify the process when a problem occurs with a users smart card the administration tools verifies the card and suggests the steps that it believes the administrator wants to perform. If the card is locked the administrator will be transferred to the unlock procedure, if the certificate on the card is about to expire the program suggest to renew it. If the smart card is revoked the program will tell you.
