It’s time to consider Conversational AI
This podcast explores our latest topic of Conversational AI and why now is the time for businesses to take advantage of it in their everyday operations.
This video highights how our role as official digital technology partner of Marylebone Cricket Club (MCC) greatly enhances the technologies, systems, processes and data used by the Club at Lord's Cricket Ground.
The work we’ve done with MCC has helped them revolutionise their technological capabilities and has changed the way they operate from both a match day and day-to-day perspective.
In regards to match day delivery, CGI has helped MCC configure and maintain the key technologies that they use. We’ve also helped MCC change the way they deliver and track tickets, going from physical paper sign up’s to an online platform, saving time and paper.
In the back end, CGI has also changed the way staff sign in and move around the offices and Lord’s ground, helping create a new system that now utilises finger scanners rather than manual check ins.
We look forward to continuing to enjoy an excellent relationship with MCC.
