Bob is Vice President, Global Business Engineering, for CGI and serves as co-lead of Business Engineering for CGI's U.S. Commercial, State and Local Government Strategic Business Unit. He is responsible for ideating transformational opportunities with account teams and clients and supporting the build and socialization of the business case. This includes providing measurable value and outcomes and commercially viable approaches to delivering on the business case, and seeing the opportunity through launch and into execution.
Before joining CGI in 2020, Bob served as Chief Digital Officer (CDO) for a global financial services firm where he built and led the digital and data organization. Prior to that role, he built and led a thriving global practice at a major consulting organization, delivering successful digital transformations for U.S. and global clients.
Bob also has served as CDO equivalent for an entertainment retailer, for-profit educator, U.S. federal agency, computer manufacturer, financial services provider, and software publisher. He has a BS degree from the University of South Carolina, an MBA from The Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania, and completed Harvard Business School’s Advanced Management Program.
