Environment

In responding to climate change, every action matters. Like responsible organisations worldwide, we continue to seek ways to increase our contributions as we progress in our efforts to protect the planet. In 2025, our decarbonisation targets were approved by SBTi (Science-Based Targets initiative), marking an important step in our journey.

Social

We actively support a collaborative, respective culture committed to the well‑being and growth of our CGI Partners. We do this by investing in their personal and professional development and advancing diversity, equity, and inclusion. This commitment guides our investments in their personal and professional development. We also seek to drive positive change in the world, setting a high standard for community engagement. Building on this foundation, we are fully committed to respecting human rights across our operations and supply chains in accordance with UN guidelines.

Governance

As a global company, we have a responsibility to conduct our business ethically, in every country where we operate and with every stakeholder we serve, including our clients, CGI Partners and our suppliers. This responsibility guides how we make decisions and how we operate. To support it, we have a clear ESG governance structure that guides our strategic decisions and business practices within a framework designed to foster integrity and transparency.

In addition to our CGI global Governance standards, the Australian Ethics Reporting Policy includes information related to Australia’s whistleblowing legislation.

Responsible innovation

We believe innovation must be pursued responsibly, guided by strong ethical principles. As such, we constantly strive to reduce the environmental footprint of digital technology. As artificial intelligence advances, we remain committed to consciously applying ESG principles in ways that combine human expertise and the ethical use of technology. Reflecting this commitment, we published our Responsible AI (RAI) report that reflects our dedication to embedding robust, trustworthy and ethical principles into every aspect of our AI initiatives, including using AI for good.
