CGI acknowledges the Traditional Custodians of Country throughout Australia and recognises their continuing connection to the land and communities where our members work and live. We pay our respects to Elders past, present and emerging and to their rich contribution within our society.
The CGI Innovate Reconciliation Action Plan
At CGI, we are committed to supporting reconciliation by fostering respect, understanding and meaningful relationships with Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples. We foster a workplace where our people deepen their understanding of First Nations histories, cultures and lived experiences, while working to create equitable opportunities through employment, development and partnerships. This commitment reflects our core values and our focus on Diversity, Equity & Inclusion, helping us build a more inclusive workplace and contribute to stronger communities.
CGI’s Innovate Reconciliation Action Plan (RAP) has received endorsement from Reconciliation Australia. It expands on the work completed in CGI’s Reflect RAP and provides the structure, accountability and consultation to support the achievement of our First Nations program objectives.
The artwork featured on this page and in our Reconciliation Action Plan was designed by Natalie Abrahams, a proud Wadi Wadi woman, Aboriginal artist and Founder of Create Ripples. Titled 'One Dream, Many Journeys', the piece reflects our company's values, our people and our connection to Country through a series of carefully chosen symbols and elements.
