CGI (NYSE: GIB) (TSX: GIB.A) and SABCA (EURONEXT SAB) are pleased to announce the signing of a five-year IT outsourcing agreement. SABCA is one of the main aerospace companies in Belgium, designing and building large and complex elements for aircraft and space launchers, and repairing and upgrading military aircrafts. CGI has been chosen to support the IT operations.
This agreement is part of SABCA’s strategy to ensure the Group's competitiveness by focussing on its areas of excellence and core-business. (Annual Financial Report 2017). CGI’s best-in-class delivery approach helps position IT as an optimal, effective and reliable resource and will help SABCA realize their business objectives.
