At CGI, we're dedicated to inspiring the next generation of the STEM workforce. Our global STEM@CGI program aims to provide experiences that inspire students with the drive to learn for a bright future in the digital workforce.
Our STEM Camps offer students of all ages an insight into the working world through connecting them with industry professionals while undertaking educational activities.
Whilst our STEM from Home and Friends in STEM activity packs encourage young people to pursue STEM subjects at school and in their subsequent careers.
A mix of virtual and in-person learning allows CGI Partners to volunteer their time to students across the UK and Australia. We're proud to work with our clients and communities to engage the STEM workforce of the future.
Friends in STEM
Often STEM can seem like an inaccessible field of study for those from minority groups so we created the Friends in STEM activity packs to showcase that everyone can be successful in STEM – no matter your background.
Stella and her friends will guide children through each of the STEM subjects:
- Science
- Technology
- Engineering
- Maths
Each packs provides information and activities tailored for each age group, 5-8 and 8-12 years old. Both booklets also contain a group of diverse role models who are shaping the world of STEM today. We hope they will demonstrate just some of the amazing things you can do with a STEM education. It is our hope that any child who picks up the Friends in STEM booklets will see themselves represented and will believe that they too can excel in a career in STEM.

STEM from Home
Recognising the difficulties that parents face when balancing remote working and childcare, we created weekly STEM based activity packs that you can do at home with your children.
STEM Camps
In partnership with schools and community organisations across the country, we hold annual one day or half day STEM camps to give children the opportunity to learn more about STEM careers.
