He has led assignments in market analysis, strategic due diligence, and growth planning, both in Belgium and internationally.
He then strengthened his expertise in digital strategy and innovation, helping large organizations to design and implement their digital roadmaps. He addressed challenges such as optimizing customer experience, modernizing digital journeys, and integrating innovative technological solutions. This experience enabled him to build a comprehensive approach combining business strategy, organization, and technology. Grégory is also recognized for his expertise in the transport sector (air, rail, road, and maritime), as well as in the public and semi-public sectors. He supports his clients in tackling operational and strategic challenges with creative and pragmatic ideas. To do so, he regularly organizes co-creation workshops and knowledge-sharing sessions with key industry stakeholders.
