As our communities face the challenges of COVID-19, we continuously seek ways to help them return to normal.

In Lithuania, we have been working with the government in implementing the European Union Digital COVID Certificate (EUDCC), a digital record that proves if a European Union (EU) citizen has received a vaccine, negative test result or recovered from COVID-19.

Providing a seamless travel experience for Lithuanian citizens

On 7 June, we launched the EUDCC together with the Ministry of Health of Lithuania and the Center of Registers, to facilitate safer and more convenient travel, and to simplify border inspection procedures.

The free certificate with QR code, issued in Lithuanian and English, is available in digital and paper format and can be downloaded at the eHealth portal. It will be available across all EU countries by July.

Our professionals also developed Wallet and Verifier mobile apps. The wallet app enables citizens to easily download their certificates on a mobile device, while the verifier app allows authorities to scan the certificates and confirm the QR code’s authenticity. We are also working to supplement and expand the functionalities of these solutions for seamless use.

Our long-term experience in implementing health information systems in Canada, France, Finland, Lithuania and the UK enabled us to complete client requirements within a limited timeframe.

Supporting more communities through our COVID solutions

Recently, we also created a virtual agent for DynaLIFE, a major Canadian medical laboratory, to deliver COVID-19 diagnostic testing services in Alberta, Canada. In Finland, we built Rokobotti, an automated solution that accelerates vaccination of healthcare institutions by 50%.

For more than 40 years, we strive to offer our expertise and services for the continuous improvement of the communities in which we live and work.
