Raghav brings deep domain expertise in BSS/OSS, 5G, IoT, and telecom network architecture. As a subject matter expert in Managed IT services, he works closely with telecom clients to define and implement scalable, outcome-focused strategies that advance digital transformation goals. Raghav also contributes actively to industry groups, supporting the evolution of standards and practices that align technology with business value.
As the Innovation Prime for CGI’s Communications and Media business in the APAC region, Raghav leads strategic initiatives that foster innovation in service delivery and solution development. He champions capability building, guides teams on the adoption of emerging technologies, and collaborates with global partners—including TM Forum and NASSCOM—to co-create practical, forward-looking solutions tailored to the telecom sector's evolving needs.
