As a dynamic leader, she promotes growth by aligning HR strategies with business objectives. Shweta has spearheaded numerous HR transformation initiatives, collaborating with global leaders to enhance cohesiveness and elevate corporate culture at Zinnov.
Before joining Zinnov, she served as Lead HR at Space Matrix, ensuring that HR functions aligned with strategic goals. Earlier, she worked as Assistant Manager at Deloitte Touche Tohmatsu India.
Shweta completed her schooling at Mount Carmel before earning a Bachelor's degree in Commerce and obtaining her MBA in Human Resources Management from IBS Hyderabad (2002-2004).
