He has built and led multiple digital innovation initiatives within Cargill, including Digital Labs, Digital Foundry, and Digital Business Studio, focused on AI-first solutions, digital-native applications, and commercial software. Before this, Ajay held global roles at IBM and GE, working across enterprise technology and solution architecture. His expertise spans AI governance, generative AI, MLOps, and AI product development. With deep experience in building technology platforms, incubating startups, and scaling digital solutions, Ajay is at the forefront of GCC-led innovation in India.
