Manjunath is responsible for contract management, regulatory compliance, corporate governance, litigation and M&A for CGI’s Asia Pacific Global Delivery Centers of Excellence. In addition to his role, he also handles a team of lawyers who provide offshore legal support to some of CGI’s other geographies.
He has over 20 years of experience in manufacturing, ITES, and IT sectors and has been with CGI since 2009.
Manjunath holds a Bachelor’s degree in Law & Commerce from Bangalore University. He is also a member of the Institute of Company Secretaries of India (ICSI).
