He has held senior leadership roles at leading technology and consulting organisations, delivering complex cloud and AI-enabled transformation programs for Fortune 50 enterprises and public sector organisations across Southeast Asia and the Asia–Pacific region. Leigh is recognised for combining deep technical expertise with strong commercial and strategic acumen to help organisations modernise at scale.
Leigh has led and governed large, multi-million-dollar cloud migration programs, with responsibility for enterprise-scale governance across dozens of complex migrations, while also delivering end-to-end programs directly for major clients. He has founded and led national communities of practice, enabling more than 2,500 practitioners to achieve cloud certifications and significantly strengthening technical capability, delivery quality, and market thought leadership through strong vendor engagement.

As founder of CGI’s Emerging Technology Practices, he has played a key role in shaping next-generation cloud, automation, and AI capabilities, ensuring secure, scalable, and high-quality outcomes for clients. With over 11 years of hands-on AWS experience, Leigh brings deep expertise across cloud migration, DevOps and DevSecOps, data engineering, cyber security, cryptography, and enterprise architecture, and is a trusted advisor to organisations seeking to adopt cloud technologies responsibly while accelerating business transformation.
