CGI (NYSE: GIB) (TSX: GIB. A), one of the world’s largest business and IT consulting firms, is the partner for the implementation of a hybrid Service Integration and Management (SIAM) service for Kadaster (Land Registry). From now on, CGI will carry out services related to the SIAM services and help the Land Registry to enable the transformation to the SIAM structure. As a result for Kadaster, there will be an optimal integration of processes and effective collaboration between all internal and external parties involved, ensuring that continuity and innovation are well balanced.
The term of the agreement is 6 years with two options for extension by two years. The estimated total contract value is 14.5 million euros.
Support to multi-sourcing ecosystem
In the coming years, CGI will help Kadaster with the transformation of its IT landscape, with CGI helping its team and use knowledge to evolve with the Land Registry from a single service provider to a multi-sourcing ecosystem. CGI's activities include SIAM services, consultancy services to support the SIAM design and the transformation of services to support the transition to the new SIAM structure. In addition, the service focuses on monitoring security agreements across the various IT service providers and on supervising the cooperation of all IT service providers within the entire IT chain.

The Land Registry's IT supplier landscape will be a multi-sourcing ecosystem of internal and external suppliers that jointly provide IT services to Land Registry users. The potential suppliers were assessed on 5 aspects, with CGI achieving the maximum score on collaboration in the SIAM approach, use cases and transformation approach.
