Mindaugas Mockus is Vice-President, Consulting Delivery at CGI, leading service delivery across Lithuania and Latvia. With more than 25 years of experience in technology, telecommunications and defense, he brings extensive expertise in international delivery, business development and building high-performing teams. Throughout his career, Mindaugas has played an active role in developing new services, strengthening delivery capabilities and supporting clients across Europe and North America.
In recent years, Defense and Security has become an increasingly important area of his work, including involvement in international projects supporting NATO and the German Armed Forces. Working closely with clients and CGI teams across multiple countries, Mindaugas focuses on bringing together the right expertise, people and technology to address complex business and operational challenges. A key part of his role is connecting clients in Lithuania and Latvia with CGI’s international capabilities, enabling them to benefit from proven practices, specialist knowledge and experience gained across diverse markets and environments.
