Quando falamos de tecnologia é necessário olhar para os processos e Paulo Oliveira refere que há três etapas obrigatórias para a introdução de medidas nesta área.
CGI is Caixa Geral de Depósitos’ supporting partner for the Portuguese bank’s Intelligent Automation Center of Excellence. Overall 30+ CGI professionals with different skills have been involved to do process analysis, business case evaluation and process automation development. More than 50 processes were automated. After a year and a half of operation, the metrics speak for themselves: 181,000 working hours saved, 770,000 automated operations, and 2000 developed automations. This is an important reference in the RPA/ IA domain due to project’s size and the results achieved by the bank.
