With more than 30 years of experience in information technology and business leadership, Carlos Lourenço has built a career leading large-scale operations, delivery organizations, and business transformation initiatives.
He has served as Senior Vice President of CGI in Portugal since October 2019, leading the company's operations in the country and driving its growth, client relationships, and strategic development.
Carlos joined Logica in 2008 as Director of Outsourcing Operations Management for Portugal. Following Logica's acquisition by CGI in 2012, he continued his career with the company, taking on increasingly strategic leadership responsibilities and contributing to CGI's continued growth across the regions and developed the Southern Europe Global Delivery Center.
