With more than 27 years of experience in operations, business transformation, finance, procurement, and technology services, Pedro Miguel Costa has built a solid career leading operational excellence, quality, and large-scale delivery organizations.
He currently serves as Vice President Operations at CGI in Portugal, where he is responsible for driving operational performance, quality management, and continuous improvement across the organization, ensuring excellence in service delivery and client satisfaction.
Before assuming his current role in 2019, Pedro held several leadership positions within CGI, including Finance Director, Vice President of Operations & Quality for Southern Europe & Brazil, Vice President responsible for the IP Delivery Unit, and Vice President for Business Processing Services. Throughout these roles, he has led strategic transformation initiatives, strengthened operational governance, and supported the growth of CGI's delivery capabilities across international markets.
Pedro joined EDINFOR in 2001 as Finance Director and continued his leadership journey following the company's acquisition by CGI in 2012, taking on increasingly strategic responsibilities and contributing to the company's operational excellence.
