Women of CGI Canada
We are committed to fostering an empowering and inclusive environment where women can grow their careers, amplify their voices, and drive meaningful progress across the industry. Our community brings women together to learn, lead, and shape a future where their contributions are recognized and celebrated.
Representation, Ethnicity, and Cultural Heritage (REACH):
We highlight and honour the wide range of cultures represented across our organization, encouraging curiosity, understanding, and connection. The group offers a welcoming space where partners can express their perspectives and feel supported. Through learning opportunities and community-building initiatives, we help broaden cultural awareness, spark open dialogue, and strengthen a shared sense of unity.
Rainbow Alliance:
Our Rainbow Alliance is dedicated to nurturing a welcoming and affirming community for 2SLGBTQIA+ partners and allies. We bring people together to learn from one another, strengthen advocacy, and elevate visibility for queer identities and experiences. Through collaborative initiatives, celebrations, and year-round engagement, we aim to build understanding, spark meaningful connections, and champion a workplace where everyone can show up with confidence and pride.
Neurodiversity:
We aim to strengthen understanding of neurodiversity and create a workplace where different ways of thinking are recognized and valued. Our group focuses on building practical knowledge, encouraging supportive approaches, and fostering collaboration across teams. Through meaningful partnerships and shared learning, we work to promote environments where neurodivergent individuals can flourish and contribute authentically.
We are proud to collaborate with industry influencers, DE&I advocates and organizations that are helping CGI progress towards our DE&I goals. These partnerships enable us to create meaningful impact and offer the best support for our consultants, professionals, and CGI as a whole to grow in diverse ways.
