With over 25 years of executive experience, she has led complex, multi-million-dollar digital and IT transformation programs across financial services, insurance, retail, and transportation—driving growth, operational efficiency, and enhanced customer experience in global organizations.
Known for her pragmatic approach and authentic leadership, Annette inspires multidisciplinary teams and builds lasting partnerships founded on trust and collaboration.
She holds a BSc in Computer Science from Concordia University and previously held senior roles at IBM, EY, KPMG, and Sun Life.
