Mr. Beaumier holds a Master’s degree in Organizational Development Psychology from the Université de Sherbrooke and is a member of the Ordre des psychologues du Québec. He brings 25 years of experience in change management and organizational development. A CGI member for 16 years, he has held a director role since 2018. He currently serves as an Expert Consulting Director (ECD) and is part of the management team of CGI’s Change Center of Excellence for the Québec City Business Unit.
As a consultant, he acts as a strategic change management advisor on large-scale technology initiatives, particularly within government organizations as well as the insurance and financial services sectors. He has contributed to the design and implementation of change management strategies, including planning and coordination activities. He has also worked at the corporate level at CGI to design and implement a change management center of expertise, with the objective of building change management capabilities among human resources business partners across CGI’s global business units.
Mr. Beaumier is Prosci certified and a member of the Association of Change Management Professionals (ACMP).
