Alex joined CGI in 2023 and is a Senior Business Consultant and Cybersecurity Analyst specializing in threat risk assessments (TRAs), governance, risk, and compliance (GRC), and operational technology (OT) security, applying NIST CSF and NIST 800-53 in complex IT/OT environments. He has led and contributed to over 60 security assessments in organizations across financial services, utilities, healthcare, and the public sector.
An Honours graduate of the Nova Scotia Community College Cybersecurity program, Alex holds GICSP and SSCP certifications, along with training in industrial control system security and Azure AI. He brings a pragmatic blend of technical depth and business insight, delivering cybersecurity solutions tailored to each client’s risk profile and operational context.
