Since November 2025, Ryan Fecteau has served as Senior Vice‑President and Business Unit Leader for the Bell Business Unit, responsible for strategic growth, client relationships, business development, and service delivery across the BCE family of businesses.
Ryan joined CGI in 1998 through a managed services agreement with Bell Canada and brings over 25 years of experience in IT and telecommunications. Throughout his career, Ryan has held various senior leadership roles across Agile transformation, global delivery, application support, and infrastructure services. In his previous role, he led the business engineering team that successfully renewed CGI’s major managed services agreement with Bell.
Ryan holds a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science from McGill University.
