With over two decades of experience in retail and supply chain, Brenda is dedicated to successful business transformations for organizations, their members, and those they support. Having led multiple large-scale change programs, Brenda has in-depth knowledge and experience in business strategy, program management, and organizational change management.
Brenda holds a Masters Certification in Project Management from Schulich School of Business and a Bachelor of Science Degree. She is a Project Management Professional (PMP), a PROSCI Change Practitioner, and a Prince2 Practitioner. As a Business Consulting Manager and co-Lead of the Canada Retail Council at CGI, Brenda supports client delivery and leads strategic advisory in the GTA. She is pivotal in bolstering retail growth and awareness across the country through advisory services, and globally as a member of CGI’s Global Retail Council.
Brenda is passionate about synthesizing structure amidst complexity in today’s rapidly and ever-evolving global environment. She has a collaborative mindset and believes in fostering constructive partnerships to ensure sustainable engagement success.
