Sarah Wark is a data, analytics, and AI leader who has spent her career at the forefront of data evolution, from advanced analytics to production-scale AI. She specializes in machine learning, data & AI governance, and cloud-based data platforms, with deep expertise in architecting solutions across complex hybrid environments that bridge legacy systems and modern, cloud-native capabilities.

Sarah works directly with clients to lead enterprise-scale data and AI transformations. She is currently leading computer vision engagements with BC Assessment (BCA), applying image-based analytics and AI to enhance property assessments and decision-making, and supporting initiatives with the City of Victoria to join provincial and municipal data to address housing supply challenges.

Her approach is grounded in AI economics and responsible AI, ensuring that investments in data platforms, infrastructure, and governance deliver measurable business value. She brings deep experience in real-time analytics, predictive modelling, and integrated IT/OT data environments, enabling a holistic view of operations across public sector organizations.

Sarah has led mission-critical initiatives such as the ECOMM Next Generation 9-1-1 (NG-911) transformation, enabling modern, data-driven emergency response capabilities.
