Jennifer Mecherippady leads the Asia Pacific Solutions Delivery Center, the largest product engineering group at CGI, globally supporting the digital transformation of large organizations. Jennifer is responsible for strategy, growth, operations, and governance for the product group that supports 75+ CGI Intellectual Property (IP) across the U.S., Canada, Europe, and Asia Pacific (APAC) regions.
Jennifer has extensive experience leading large IP programs with a strong focus on operational excellence. She has been instrumental in enabling the transformation of teams from traditional practices to Agile/ DevOps with a focus on digital solutions. She collaborates with the Global Intelligent Solutions group to define and standardize best practices in technical architecture, product management, quality engineering, and presales across Global IPs.
Jennifer also works on integrating AI into product engineering. Her responsibilities include identifying new revenue opportunities through AI, partnering with strategic alliance partners to accelerate IP development, and building capabilities in AI. Additionally, Jennifer champions human resources initiatives across APAC business units, particularly leadership development, mentorship and diversity, equity, and inclusion.
Jennifer holds a Bachelor of Engineering degree from Sir M Visvesvaraya Institute of Technology, Bangalore. She also has certifications from Harvard Business School Publishing and IIMB.
