Jennifer Mecherippady is an accomplished IT professional with over three decades of experience. She is spearheading the Insurance & Health Business Unit in the Asia-Pacific (APAC) region, driving strategy, business development, innovation, and digital transformation support services in health, property & casualty (P&C) insurance, pensions, and life sciences.
She has played a pivotal role in the evolution of many CGI solutions, like CGI ProperPay, an AI-enriched payment integrity check solution for healthcare insurers, and CGI Ratabase 360, a flagship rating and rules engine for P&C insurance. Jennifer is the executive sponsor for driving AI and Gen AI initiatives and adoption across the APAC SBU. She actively collaborates with the global IP solutions group to define and standardize IP best practices while also partnering with hyperscalers and alliance teams to accelerate enterprise adoption.
An experienced mentor, Jennifer champions human resources initiatives across APAC business units. She is a strong advocate for Women Who Win (WWW) and other women's leadership and mentorship forums across CGI in India. She completed her Bachelor of Engineering from Bangalore University.
