CGI does not have a direct stock purchase plan. Provincial regulations do not currently permit direct stock purchases in all Canadian provinces. Stock splits

CGI's stock split 2 for 1 on four occasions: January 7, 2000; May 21, 1998; December 15, 1997 and August 12, 1997. The Board of Directors may vote to split the stock from time to time after a period of appreciation, in order to increase market liquidity. When such a decision is made, it is announced to all shareholders in a timely fashion.
