Fairfax, Virginia, August 20, 2015

CGI (NYSE: GIB) (TSX: GIB.A) today announced that it has won a US$124 million, five-year contract (one base plus four option years) with the U.S. Army Training and Doctrine Command Intelligence Directorate (TRADOC G2) for program management and technical support of core functions and operating environment.

TRADOC G2 defines, describes and delivers the Operating Environment (OE) for US Army training.  The OE provides training scenarios, threat replication and data needed to assure Army units are prepared to meet the challenges of complex environments, including traditional military as well as asymmetric and hybrid threats.

As the incumbent prime contractor, CGI has helped TRADOC G2 lower costs, accelerate project delivery schedules and significantly improve project quality, all while providing the tools and dashboards needed to improve leadership visibility and control.

“We are very proud to be able support TRADOC G2 with a range of sophisticated planning, training and innovative information technology services,” said Pat Dougherty, Senior Vice-President, CGI.  “We look forward to continued program success in the years ahead.”
