Jason Dee leads the International Affairs and Energy Programs (IAF) business unit at CGI Federal, a wholly-owned U.S. operating subsidiary of CGI, Inc., which serves CGI’s clients across civilian, defense and intelligence sectors of the U.S. federal government.

As IAF business unit leader and Senior Vice-President, Mr. Dee leads the development and execution of the business and solutions strategy for a diverse client portfolio, including the Department of State, United States Agency for International Development, Department of Energy, and several quasi-governmental organizations.

During Mr. Dee’s 21-year career, he has served in leadership positions across the government markets in profit and loss operations, business development, sales operations, and strategic planning. He worked with federal organizations in the civilian, law enforcement and intelligence communities to improve operations through business and information technology solutions. Mr. Dee’s prior experience included four years working for an investment advisory service, managing financial markets portfolios for both individual and institutional clients across the globe.

Mr. Dee holds a Master of Science in Management Information Systems and a Masters of Business Administration from Boston University. He also earned a Bachelor of Science in accounting from the University of Vermont.
