This successful implementation makes Santee Cooper the first company to operate with the latest release of this innovative solution designed to streamline business processes that support utility operations. ARM provides electric, gas, and water transmission and distribution utilities unparalleled organizational control over asset, work, resource, and field processes and facilitates the collection and management of critical operational data to drive improvements across operations.

With the ARM 2 go-live, Santee Cooper replaces their previous deployment with CGI’s latest, modern, web-enabled solution for utility construction and asset management.
