Clay Goldwein is responsible for CGI’s business with the U.S. Department of Homeland Security (DHS). His experience includes leading large, cross-agency cybersecurity programs. Mr. Goldwein led the standup of CGI’s federal cloud under the U.S. General Services Administration’s Infrastructure as a Service Blanket Purchase Authority and led the achievement of one of the first Authority To Operate designations by the Federal Risk and Authorization Management Program (FedRAMP). His team currently supports the DHS Continuous Diagnostics and Mitigation (CDM) program via the Credential Management task order, supporting 26 federal agencies.
