Our CGI Partner-driven groups are supported by CGI leadership, drawn together by common characteristics. These groups provide a national network of multicultural, multigenerational professionals working together to cultivate a diverse and engaging culture where our CGI Partners thrive, belong and are empowered to build relationships, grow personally and professionally and contribute to CGI's growth.

Through the groups, among other initiatives, CGI aims to increase belonging, respect, and psychological safety and create connection and community among colleagues of shared experiences and their allies.
