CGI is seeking a Technical Lead with an Infrastructure and/or Network, Scrum background to support the upgrade of a critical system implementation. Will need to possess the awareness and functional knowledge of the infrastructure and networking domain to understand and therefore effectively guide the tasks.
You will be a part of a Scaled Agile (SAFe) Team with an existing Scrum Master. However, given the need is task management oriented along with the use of a Kanban Board, you will need Agile Scrum experience!

This opportunity will begin remote until likely next summer (2021), and will then be onsite (once it's determined safe to return to an office setting - Golden, CO!)

Your future duties and responsibilities
You will assist the Infrastructure and Network Teams with the management of a detailed task plan and Kanban Board for the build-out of infrastructure and network components of our operational technology (OT) environment.
Build-out designs are complete, and daily detailed task management sessions are underway to not only prioritize and work toward environment infrastructure and network build-out task completion, but also assist in addressing design/build-out task gaps that arise.
We have both a detailed task list and project plan that we are in the process of a pilot conversion to a Kanban Board to aid in more effective backlog prioritization and management.
Required qualifications to be successful in this role
5 to 8 years experience in the following:
• Project Management experience in major off-the-shelf software implementations, including experience with detailed task management
• Experience working as Scrum Master in Agile and/or Scaled Agile environments
• Familiarity with all aspects of the Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC) including requirements, planning, high level and detailed design, execution, testing and defect remediation, and implementation.
• Experience leading technical teams, specifically infrastructure and network, to critical deployment dates as part of a large software implementation program.
• Effective verbal and written communication skills including the ability to patiently communicate technical information clearly and concisely.
• Experience working with the Utility (Electric) industry and related technologies such as business process oriented work management systems is a plus.
