Position Description

The ideal candidate is a senior resource with 8+ years of proven experience working with large scale, complex and multi-faceted EBS solutions who will provide day to day operational and maintenance support for the Oracle E-Business production system support.

Your future duties and responsibilities

 Prior experience in upgrade, conversion and integration projects
 Extensive experience in designing and developing complex and rapid RICEW solutions
 Techno functional expertise in Oracle E-Business suite of products (Financials, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, OTL/HRMS and Project Accounting)
 Experience working in large/multiple teams, new solutions, technologies, approaches and standards
 Experience in Oracle technologies - Workflows, AME, SQL, PL/SQL, XML BI Publisher, Oracle Forms, Reports, JDeveloper and Linux scripting
 Experience in various performance tuning and troubleshooting techniques
 Experience or knowledge of OBIEE, OAF and other related technologies is preferred
 Experience with standard SDLC processes and procedures
 Ability to multi-task, assess priority of requests and work in a fast paced , dynamic- Agile environment work environment
 Ability to follow program standards, development methodology and project management techniques
 Ability to understand business problems and develop technical solutions
 Flexibility in supporting production, upgrades, changes, and user support requests via on-call rotation
 Ability to manage multiple priorities effectively is a necessity
 Candidate should be strong technically and must have functional experience
 Work directly with EBS functional specialists or business users to thoroughly understand functional requirements to produce highly effective technical design documentation
 Additional duties as may be required

Required qualifications to be successful in this role

 US Citizenship required, per Federal stipulation
 Minimum 8+ years of experience implementing and supporting Oracle E-Business Suite (R12.2) - AR, GL, INV, AP, PO, BOM, WIP, FA, ASCP, CM, WSH, iSupplier and iProcurement
 Minimum 8+ years of experience with SQL, PL/SQL, XML Publisher, Reports, JDeveloper, OA Framework, Workflow.
 Strong knowledge of Oracle table structures, schemas, API's and open interfaces.
 Hands on experience troubleshooting and resolving Oracle EBS application and operational issues
 Expertise needed in Oracle RICEWF components.
 Strong oral and written communication skills
 Ability to interact with business clients at different levels in the user spectrum
 Strong knowledge in configuration management and changes
 Experience with document preparation including for configuration changes, functional design and CEMLI components
 Exceptional self- and time management skills including meeting deadlines and complying with administrative requirements and protocols
 Oracle EBS R12.2 experience highly preferred
 Prior experience or familiarity with AR business environment and processes highly desirable
 Experience or familiarity with LANDesk or ServiceNow highly desirable
