Exciting opportunity to be a part of SAFe Agile Transformation Program for a large global client. We are looking for an experienced and certified SAFe Program Consultant (SPC) with in-depth knowledge of Scaled Agile, Scrum, and Kanban. An individual who can influence and lead the client through the transformation by providing SAFe training and guidance while building and strengthening the client relationship as they pivot from waterfall to SAFe and Agile.
As a SAFe enabled trainer, you will facilitate and deliver scaled agile classes as well as workshops and training on Scrum & Kanban practices, techniques, and ceremonies ensuring all teams understand their role and purpose while aligning them on a common cadence. You should have the aptitude to take a pragmatic approach in coaching teams with the ability to adapt based on their "readiness" to pivot to SAFe and Agile.
Your future duties and responsibilities
Enabled to deliver scaled agile framework classes (i.e. Leading SAFe, Scrum Master, POPM, SAFe 4Teams)
Deliver workshops and training on Scrum & Kanban practices, techniques, and ceremonies
Develop and refine content material as needed for workshops, training, and team coaching sessions
Coach teams on collaboration and backlog creation and prioritization
Pragmatic approach with the ability to adapt based on agile "readiness" of the team you are working with.
Acts as a role model for change, transition, learning, and growth
Leads problem solving activities to define problem, assess root causes, and identify solutions leading to desired outcomes
Provides feedback to management at all levels regarding the progress of Agile transformations
Anticipates and identifies issues, and provides recommendations to address roadblocks
Required qualifications to be successful in this role
• Scaled agile framework certified SAFe Program Consultant, i.e. SPC
• Enabled to teach scaled agile framework classes (i.e. Leading SAFe, Scrum Master, POPM, SAFe 4Teams)
• One or more Agile certifications (e.g., CSM, CSPO, CSP, PSM, PSPO, PMI-ACP, etc.)
• Experience facilitating and delivering workshops and training in Scrum and Kanban
• Ability to assess product organization and advise on team structure
• Ability to help craft, develop, and deliver training content
• 7 to 10 years experience managing stakeholders, executives and project teams.
