CGI Federal is seeking an Office Manager/Travel Coordinator to support the DOJ, CIVIL division and specifically the Fraud Section.
Your future duties and responsibilities
Assist authorized users with all aspects of official government travel, including: preparing travel authorizations, obtaining reimbursements, navigating Federal Travel Regulations and protocols, and working with Civil Division and Justice Management Division Travel and Finance staff on all aspects of travel. Required tasks include reviewing, submitting, and processing travel documents for approval and payment; resolving travel problems; assisting with unusual and complicated arrangements and non-routine documentation; maintaining the office’s E2 travel database; and providing training and support to an office of over 150
Required qualifications to be successful in this role
-Working knowledge of laws, regulations, policy, and procedures
governing official Government travel and a demonstrated ability to
interpret and apply them to a variety of situations
- Knowledge of personal computers, word processing programs, travel
systems and electronic spreadsheets
-Experience as an administrator of E2 or equivalent travel management
Required qualifications to be successful in this role:
Must be able to obtain a DOJ Public Trust security clearance
Must be able to pass a CGI Federal background investigation
Must have a HS diploma
