Your future duties and responsibilities
To be successful in this role, we require Fundtech GPP product knowledge and experience in GPP Production Support coupled with strong problem solving skills.
• Technical expertise in the design, development, coding, testing, and debugging of software.
• Ensures that software meets or exceed specified standards and end-user requirements.
Required qualifications to be successful in this role
• Minimum 4 years of development/production support experience in Fundtech GPP Payment Processing System
• Strong Fundtech GPP product knowledge
• Strong experience in GPP Production Support (Workarounds & emergency patch delivery)
• Excellent leadership skills and able to drive solutioning
• Coordinate with offshore team for solution delivery
• Experience in Java is plus
• Experience in the Banking Domain
• Strong communication skills/interpersonal skills with the ability to work with diverse personality types and understand technical issues.
• Experience in Oracle/SQL Server DB
Education: BS in Computer Science, Software Engineering, related IT field or equivalent combination of experience and education
