member resource groups

Experience the power of belonging through connection

CGI’s MRGs are member-driven groups, supported by CGI leadership, drawn together by characteristics held in common. These groups provide a national network of multicultural, multigenerational members working together to cultivate a diverse and engaging culture where members thrive, belong, and are empowered to build relationships, grow personally and professionally, and contribute to the growth of CGI.

Through the groups, among other initiatives, CGI aims to increase belonging, respect, and psychological safety among members and create connection and community among members of shared experiences and their allies.

CGI's member resource groups exist to foster inclusion and empower often underrepresented members to achieve their goals. These groups benefit both the wellbeing of individual members and the business, while supporting a culture of belonging.
