This video shows the work CGI have done with Edinburgh to transform them to a Smart City, enabling them to harness technology to ensure they deliver higher quality services to their citizens.
CGI are working closely with the City of Edinburgh Council to ensure the transition to becoming a Smart City is smooth and efficient. This video features comments from Tara McGeehan (CGI President, UK & Australia), Andrew Kerr (CEO City of Edinburgh Council) and Stephen Moir (Executive Director of Resources, City of Edinburgh Council).
The transition to being a Smart City will give Edinburgh the tools to achieve some key goals in the near future, such as being net carbon zero by 2030, and making sure children in schools have all the equipment they need as well as ensuring the educational institutions themselves are all aligned.
