Position Description
Role Description
1. Cyber Security domain experience, especially in Access Management, Cloud access security (CASB) and endpoint detect and respond (EDR).
2. Business and functional Requirements definition/documentation (with Business and CS representatives)
3. Process design;
4. Operational Model definition for security solution delivery;
5. Test strategy and plan (+ tests execution and documentation);
6. Support on Architecture decisions;
7. Stakeholders’ coordination;
8. Knowledge of security operations activities (Alerts triage and Incident response mostly) to configure properly solutions and build design operational model;
9. Training documentation & training sessions
10. Data review and analysis
11. Good communications skills
12. Good coordination and follow-up skills, able to work hand in hand with a PM
Skills Required:
Ideal Work Experience/Profile
IT Consulting Intermediate (project experience)
Documentation Intermediate (IT Process workflow design, IT operational and process documentation,
Coordination Intermediate (liaise with IT and Business Owners)
Subject Matter Expertise CASB, EDR, MFA, Access, IAM, SIEM
Soft skills
Resourceful Ability to gather information with minimal guidance
Adaptable Ability to work in fast pace environment and able to absorb change
Competencies/Knowledge
Compliance and Risk Management Great Asset
Knowledge of CASB, DLP, EDR, GDPR Great Asset
Mandatory Language French & English
