• Develop and organize programs supported by the Leadership Institute
• Plan training schedules: dates and coordination, including some logistics in conjunction with the Strategic Planning team—drawing up and following up on a work plan for various activities
• Collaborate on special projects involving development and review of leadership development programs
• Manage and/or contribute to the deployment and implementation of global HR initiatives and programs
• Identify the HR implications of CGI’s overall business objectives, as well as corporate functions objectives, to ensure appropriate Leadership development solution design and delivery, while aligning with the global HR strategy
• Partner with the other HR functions to ensure that the program complies with existing policies
• Display and encourage a high degree of ownership of CGI’s culture, objectives, HR initiatives and programs
• Partner with members of various HR and other teams
• Produce statistical reports
• Administer the Institute’s SharePoint site
• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent HR experience and certification
• Minimum three to five years’ experience in an international, rapidly paced organization
• Three to five years’ experience directly supporting a senior executive team
• HR expertise and experience in multiple countries
• Superior communication skills (oral, written and presentation), in both English and French
• Good knowledge of MS Office Suite: Word, Excel, PowerPoint (required)
• Demonstrated problem identification and solving, as well as analytical, skills
• Willingness to travel frequently
