At CGI, we have a department that assists customers in the oil and gas sector. Over the past 20 years, CGI har gained valuable knowledge regarding framework conditions, software solutions, problems and expectations within this sector. Based on the high demands for our services in this department, we are now looking for a Project Manager to further strengthen our team. As our new Project Manager, you will work closely with our ERP system in the department. Here you will manage the entire scope, plan and budget ERP-implementations and any other relevant internal project. You will further guide our partners, developers, suppliers and internal teams throughout each phase of the project’s lifecycle. This involves planning and executing the projects phases, as well as analyzing existing progress, validating/capturing business requirements and documenting workflow.

We are looking for candidates which match the following profiles:
• A minimum of a Bachelor degree in IT / Management / Finance / Administration or similar.
• 2-3 years’ IT Project Management experience, preferably in ERP implementation projects
(Oracle NetSuite, Microsoft Dynamics, IFS, Navision, Visma or similar).
• Comfortable in communicating, negotiating and presenting to C-level executives in English.
This is an absolute prerequisite.
• Familiarity with Agile development / SCRUM or any other relevant methods.
• Certification in PRINCE2 or PMI is an advantage.
• Experience in working as a consultant, but this is not a prerequisite.
The person we are looking for is an independent and structured person who at the same time has got good collaboration skills and is team oriented. You have high capability and are result oriented in your work, even under pressure. As the work involves direct contact with national and international customers, it is important that you have good communications skills in both Norwegian and English, written and oral.
