Tim Hurlebaus serves as President for CGI’s U.S. commercial and state government operations, which delivers a broad range of technology and business services to clients. Mr. Hurlebaus leads the strategy and growth of this U.S. business portfolio that plays a prominent role in CGI’s global position across several industries including financial services, energy, utilities, retail and manufacturing, health, communications, and state and local government. In addition, he is a member of the CGI Executive Management Committee.

Prior to this appointment, Mr. Hurlebaus led CGI Federal, a wholly-owned U.S. operating subsidiary of CGI Inc., which serves CGI’s clients across civilian, defense and intelligence sectors of the U.S. federal government.

During Mr. Hurlebaus’ 30+-year career, he has served in leadership positions across the government and commercial markets in profit and loss operations, business development, sales operations, and strategic planning. In addition, he led CGI’s U.S. Enterprise Markets Business Engineering and Strategic Sales group to drive growth across the private and public sectors. He has also led strategic growth initiatives for CGI in Europe and Asia, focusing on key strategy accounts and establishing a culture of pursuit and delivery effectiveness.

Mr. Hurlebaus is actively involved in the community, serving as Vice-Chair of the Board of Directors for The Women's Center, a non-profit organization providing mental health counseling, support, and education in our local community, and on the Board of Directors for the Northern Virginia Technology Council. Mr. Hurlebaus holds a Bachelor of Science degree in computer information systems from Purdue University.
