Stefan Becker leads the Regulatory Agency Programs (RAP) business unit within CGI Federal, a wholly-owned U.S. operating subsidiary of CGI Group, Inc., which serves CGI’s clients across civilian, defense and intelligence sectors of the U.S. federal government.
As RAP business unit leader a Senior Vice-President, Mr. Becker oversees the development and execution of the business and solution strategy across a diverse client portfolio.
Since joining CGI in 1994, Mr. Becker has held a range of leadership roles leading CGI client engagements and strategic initiatives in Europe and North America, spanning both the public and private sectors. His areas of expertise include the design and implementation of transformative IT and business initiatives with a particular focus on strategy development, digital transformation, process optimization and data analytics. Based on his knowledge of both public and private sector market dynamics, Mr. Becker offers innovative insights to apply commercial practices to the unique needs of government clients.
Mr. Becker received a Master of Business Administration and a Bachelor of Science in Decision Sciences and Management Information Systems from George Mason University. He also holds a post-graduate professional certificate in Organization Development and Change Management from Georgetown University.
